Jennifer Ringler, MS
Founder & CEO

Jennifer has worked in healthcare/life sciences communications and PR since 2014. She specializes in corporate communication, executive visibility and thought leadership, corporate and brand narratives, content development, and translating complex scientific information into compelling stories for healthcare providers, C-Suite, investors, payers, patients, and other stakeholders.

She was previously a healthcare reporter and editor, writing features for Pharmaceutical Executive, Life Science Leader, and other trade publications. She has served in writing/editorial capacities for nonprofits, industry trade publications, consumer health magazines, and more.

Jennifer was born with a rare visual impairment and has a personal and professional passion for speaking to, and about, people with all illnesses and disabilities with sensitivity and respect.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Writing and a Master of Science in Health Communications.

Dawn Herscher, MA
VP, Scientific Content

“I'm dedicated to leveraging the power of words to drive positive change and create impactful experiences.”

Dawn brings a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy to every project. Previously, she served on the Thermo Fisher Scientific digital marketing team. Prior to that, as Communications Manager for Welcome.US, a national initiative aimed at inspiring and empowering Americans to support refugees, she developed a deep understanding of branding, audience engagement, content development, and strategic planning. Dawn has also served as Executive Speech Writer for prominent figures such as Kamala Harris, Satya Nadella, and many Fortune 500 CEOs.

Dawn has had the privilege of sharing her ideas on the TEDx stage and was recognized as one of Forbes' Top 40 Female Speakers in 2020.

She holds a Master of Arts in Professional Writing.

Patty has more than 30 years of experience with external and internal communications for healthcare, medtech, biopharma, and social services organizations. She specializes in scientific writing, healthcare strategy, and public relations and has created content for a variety of platforms throughout her career.

Patty has been the voice of CEOs and organizational leaders. She has developed and implemented communications plans, and led public relations and marketing campaigns.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism.

Berry is recognized for identifying compelling story angles and crafting persuasive media pitches to resonate with journalists. She has a proven track record of securing prominent media placements with notable news outlets and managing broadcast media tours. Her expertise spans industries including education, politics, business, new products, finance, health, environment, and technology.

Berry has valuable insights from a previous tenure in a TV newsroom, possessing an intimate understanding of reporter needs and story-building essentials, and excels at crafting compelling narratives and leveraging her extensive network to generate positive press.

Berry has a comprehensive understanding of media trends and a passion for storytelling to deliver strategic communication solutions and elevate brands.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications.

Kate Greene, BA

Kate is the CEO of Owl’s Head Solutions, a branding and design agency that ReadHealhy Communications partners with for all its graphics, visual, and branding needs.

With nearly 20 years of experience in all aspects of graphic design and communications, Kate has developed expertise in branding, concepting, art direction, client management and team leadership. Her expansive background includes brand identity, web design, consumer and B2B print and digital communications, infographics and more.

Kate’s work has received numerous awards, including multiple Davey Awards and Awards of Excellence from the Connecticut Art Directors Club, where she eventually sat on the board. from college. Although she’s an award-winning designer, Kate sees her role through a wider lens, focusing on big picture thinking and problem-solving.

She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts.

Eugene Manley, Jr., PhD

Eugene is the Founder & CEO of the STEMM Cancer & Health Equity Foundation (SCHEQ). He previously served as Director, STEM Workforce Initiatives at the LUNGevity Foundation, and has held several other roles focused on DE&I and health equity.

He is an active public speaker and patient advocate who has melded his personal and professional passions into a career dedicated to speaking up for marginalized people. Eugene's motto is, "
